Issue - update and intall

This support ticket is created 5 years, 8 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Install and update Toolset Embedded plugins (Toolset Types, Toolset Views, Toolset Forms, Toolset Module Manager)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: ?

I expected to see: Success

Instead, I got: Even when i reload i got, "Failed to download Toolset Types. Please reload the page and try again."

Hi, can you update your existing Toolset plugins by going to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab? I can see that you have several older plugins installed, including an old Framework Installer, which may be part of the problem. Let me know if you are unable to update the Toolset plugins from the Commercial tab and I can take a closer look.

Hi, Christian. I tried to do as you suggested, but it didn´t work. When i click the button "verify updates" nothing happens.

Okay in this case I recommend you download a fresh copy of Toolset Types from https://toolset.com/account/downloads. After making a full site backup, deactivate and delete all the Toolset plugins currently on your site. Next, install and activate the copy of Types you downloaded. Then, return to the Commercial tab and try to install the latest versions of other components you need. As a last resort, you can download fresh copies of all the plugins from https://toolset.com/account/downloads, and install them manually, but hopefully updating to Types 3.2.7 will be enough to fix the installer problem.
