is there a way we can display pdf as featured image or image to display in loop?

each pdf we put for each post is different
Is there a way we can pull it as an image to show on loop page or featured image?

There is no native way or feature that is offered by Toolset that will generate the uploaded PDF thumbnail and display it on frontend.
