I have a cpt and a custom field using single line text. I have this set so that a user can add multiple instances (in a CRED post form). SOme users now need to add thousands of instances - is there a hard liit within Toolset to how many instances can be added?

Hi Chris,

While there is no hard limit set in Toolset itself, there are limits that are set by your server.

Usually this has to do with the php variable limits. Usually these limits are what set the limits to the number of fields you will be able to have.

However if you're going to add thousands of custom fields on a single form then I highly recommend not doing this.

Thanks,
Shane
