This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The post relationship meta boxes are missing from the post edit screens after updating to Types 3.2.2
Solution:
This was quickly fixed in a Types 3.2.3 hotfix

Hey Support Team,
after updating types from 3.2.1 to 3.2.2, my relationships are invisible. I can see them under the relationship topic, but not in the selected (Edit) post type view, nor in the post itself.
Is there a known issue?
