I noticed that my Toolset is no longer registered.
I tried to use the previous site key; then I created another key.
However, I keep getting an "Invalid site key for the current site" error message.
Also, for some time already, I see this error:
"Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com"
What is the link to your site?
hidden link
Hi there,
Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Toolset > Settings from the bottom right of the screen and click the Toolset Debug Information and Troubleshooting link.
On the new page, click the Installer Support link and check if everything is in green there and there is no error.
You can click the Check Now button to see if the connection works.
If there is an error please contact your hosting service provider and ask them to whitelist the URL below:
hidden link
Finally, if you see errors on the table please share the error with us.
One last thing is to check if you have a security plugin that might prevent the connection between Toolset server and your website. To check that:
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset plugins.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
Thanks.
Thank you for the suggestions, Christopher.
On the Installer Support page, I see red cross next to "Toolset API server".
In the Installer Log table, Response column:
1) There's "Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 403" error shown (Component column: "products-connection-test")
2) OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model Object ( [attributes:OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model:private] => Array ( [body] => OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model Object ( [attributes:OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model:private] => Array ( [action] => site_key_validation [site_key] => 1upXjkycYs [site_url] => hidden link [source] => 3 [installer_version] => 3.0.3 [theme] => Uncode Child [site_name] => Tiket2 [repository_id] => toolset [versions] => OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model Object ( [attributes:OTGS_Template_Service_Php_Model:private] => Array ( [types] => 3.4.19 [toolset-blocks] => 1.6.7 [types-access] => 2.8.16 ) ) ) ) [timeout] => 45 ) ) - for Component column "subscription-fetching"
I've contacted my hosting support, and this is what they say:
------------
This 403 error seems to be coming from api.toolset.com:
"Your site can't communicate with hidden link. Code 403."
;; ANSWER SECTION:
api.toolset.com. 60 IN A 44.213.158.60
api.toolset.com. 60 IN A 18.209.114.205
We're not showing anything in our WAF logs whatsoever, so I would recommend contacting the end provider to see why it's not allowing your connection.
---------------
Is there any chance you could solve it on your end?
Thank you!
Hi there,
I asked the system team about this and will get back to you. Just I'd appreciate it if you can ask the hosting service provider other than the items mentioned in the answer, is there any other IP the system team can check to see if are blocked or not?
Thanks.
Hi Christopher,
It looks like some compatibility bug was found here?
It may be a good idea if you talk to the hosting support at Rocket.net directly.
They have a great team there and respond nearly immediately.

Hi there,
The system team informed me that the website was blocked from our side. Now it is unblocked and you should be able to register and work with Toolset with no issues.
Thanks.
Thank you. That solved the problem.
