Invalid site key for the current site, existing subdomain with toolset

This support ticket is created 4 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I tested and used toolset on a subdomain, hidden link. I then tried to install it on hidden link. I am unable to register toolset. I get the error "Invalid site key for the current site".

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I was hoping to use bluereine.com/vote for reference but I guess I'll have to delete it and see if that helps...

Toolset is amazing, it's a shame you don't offer timely customer support!
