Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Here is the Doc that you should follow that should help you to register the site key:

Have you already followed the steps given with the above doc?

I cut and pasted the site key code from my toolset account and plugged it into my WordPress site where it asked for my Site Key and keeps saying it is invalid.

What if you try to delete the existing site key and try to register the new site key. You should try to unregister the Toolset for your existing site key and then try to create a new site key.

I deleted the toolset plugins and then reloaded them. I deleted the website from my Toolset account and then added it back to get a new site key. That didn't work either. Here are 2 photos

could you please try to create a new site key for the website URL: hidden link

And try to register this new site key if that does not help, I will require admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
