[Resolved] Invalid site key for the current site

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I've just purchased the plugin and it worked automatically in the 1st site, but on this I keep getting same Invalid site key for the current site message.

I've tried deleting and adding again - didn't work.
Tried with & without www.

Hi Ido,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you try generating the site key by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and clicking the register button then click on the "your account" url.

This should generate the site key for the exact url of the site.

It's the same, I already tried it.

Now added another website and got the same error message.

Hi Ido,

I see the issue. What you need to do is to perform a manual update of the the types plugin since you are using an older version, version 2.2.22

This will need a manual update before you can register it.
