[Resolved] Invalid Site Key

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user was getting an invalid site key with types version 2.

Solution:
The issue here seems to be that you are running an older version of types, namely any version of types 2

What I recommend that you do is to perform a manual update of the plugin by downloading the latest version from the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Then uploading it to your site. Once you've done this then you should be able to re-register your plugin.

Hi John,

I suspect the issue here is that you are using an older version of our Types plugin.

If you are I would suggest making a manual update of the plugin by downloading it and uploading it to your site using the link below.

Thanks,
Shane

That resolved the issue and was able to update all plugins however having one slight issue since updating the plugins. We had shortcodes from visual composer called in custom post fields (see screenshot). These were dropdown fields that were selected and then outputting in the WooCommerce Views. They were properly however after updating they are not reading as shortcodes.

The link for an example is - hidden link

Also uploaded the example of shortcodes being called in Custom Post Fields and an example of the issue we are seeing it display.

How can we get the custom post fields to display shortcodes from Visual Composer again?

Hi John,

I suspect that shortcodes are not allowed here. Especially visual composer shortcodes.

However I would recommend marking this ticket as resolved and opening a new ticket as we recommend only 1 issue per thread.

Thanks,
Shane

My issue of updating was resolved.

Regarding the shortcode answer Shane, they worked for 2+ years in this particular instance until recently updating our Toolset plugins so not sure how they are "not allowed" here but we will open another ticket.
