I am trying to update various tools modules but I keep getting "invalid key" messages.
The website is registered with you: hidden link
My toolset key for alexanderarchives.com is: jFm2EAy2nJ
So why does it not work?
Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I verified on our database, and indeed, a key is registered for the website. Maybe the network call to validate the key on our website does not complete successfully. Please reach out to your hosting provider to check if there are any firewall logs that could help.
Also, try the following:
- Go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=otgs-installer-support on your website.
- Click on the Check Now button
- If you get 2 green marks, everything should be fine
If not, please send us the "Installer Log", or share them across an online service such as pastebin.com
