Hello,

since very recently, i have this issue on the website, telling me that Siteground hosting maybe avoids transferring data. This is the error: "Installer could not fetch subscription data for toolset. Error message: Invalid site key for the current site. "
How can I resolve this?
Many thanks, Dirk

Hi Dirk,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Can you try doing this for me:

1. Go to your wordpress dashboard.
2. Click Updates
3. Finally click on check again.

If the issue still remains can you try regenerate a different key by following the instructions in the link below.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Dirk,

Thank you for the update.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can check to see what exactly is happening here ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response so that you can provide me with the credentials.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

just now the link to register was again active. Now, it worked.
Is there a difference for hidden link and hidden link, so I need to activate two different keys for this on the Toolset-account?
Dirk

Hi Dirk,

From what I see the www. is missing from one of the URL. The auto generated url is the one that is recommended to use when you are registering toolset. This is because our system will automatically send the correct URL to our API.

Thanks,
Shane

So it's best to use the hidden link?

And there is a conflict somewhere, I cannot update adjustments on the template for custom taxonomies I've created with toolset...
actually, the whole lay-out of the archive page is not visible...

Hi Dirk,

I've split your last response into a separate ticket given that it is a completely different issue from this original issue.

What you can do is to go ahead and mark this one as resolved and we can do a followup in the next ticket.

Thanks,
Shane
