Each one of my pages (custom post types) needs its own unique gravity form (contact form).

However, I can't see how to do this.

I created a wysiwyg custom field for the post edit screen. I insert my gravity form there, but its not displaying. Why isn't it easy to do? I need this fixed asap.

This plugin presents obstacles at every turn. I am an experienced developer and this plugin has been a NIGHTMARE to use. Its full of bugs and nees overhauled.

Thanks

Did you add the custom field to your post's Content Template, Layout, or Post body? Custom fields are not automatically displayed on a post, you must add them. You have these options:
- Insert the WYSIWYG field in the post's body using the Fields & Views button above the post editor
- If you are using a Content Template to render the single post page, you can insert the WYSIWYG field in your Content Template using the Fields & Views button above the content editor.
- If you are using a Layout to render the Single Post page, you can insert the WYSIWYG field using a Visual Editor cell and the Fields & Views button above the editor.
If you included the field in one of these methods but it's not displaying as expected, please take some screenshots showing the wp-admin area where you inserted the field shortcode so I can see what's going on.

Yes i added the wysiwyg custom field to my content layout. I think you misnderstood my ticket.

The wysiwyg editor appears in the custom post edit screen, but when i insert the gravity shortcode, it does not show on the frontend.

thanks

Just to further clarify, i am not adding a custom field. I am wanting to add a wysiwyg editor to the post edit screen, then paste gravity form short code there to display on frontend.

The gravity form shorcode works if i put if in the post body editor, just not in wysiwy editor used in types. Def a bug somewhere as this should be an easy task.

If there is an easier way to do this let me know

To clarify further, the only way to add a WYSIWYG editor to a post edit screen with Toolset is to add a WYSIWYG custom field to a Post Field Group and associate that Field Group with that post type. There is no other way to add a WYSIWYG editor to the post editor screen with Toolset. Once you have added that custom field, you can insert the Gravity Forms shortcode in the field in the post editor screen. Then insert the WYSIWYG content in your Layout by adding a Visual Editor cell, then using the Fields & Views button to insert the WYSIWYG field contents. If this isn't working as expected, I will be glad to take a look. I may still be misunderstanding your request.
