This occurs when installing the plugin on a registered site using Toolset's custom installer page?

Did you try downloading the zip file from your account downloads page and uploading it on the Add New Plugins page?

Does that work?

I did add new upload and when press install it fails with the 503

I don’t know what the custom installer is.

Thanks

From the list of plugins click the register link for any of the existing Toolset plugins, and that will take you to the custom installer page where you can register the site and choose which plugins to install.

If the error is coming from something like a PHP upload size limit then the custom installer won't be affected.
