Hi Yann,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
I will also need to grab a cop of the site as well for local testing.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi Yann,
Thank you for the credentials.
The problem was being caused by running an older version of Types. I went ahead and updated it to the latest version and now it can be activated without any issues.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
Thanks a lot.
It's strange because I installed the last version I downloaded here.
Thanks a lot for your help
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

When I go to ACF page in admin.
I never had any problems with toolset 🙁
Thanks for your help.
Your access is still active.
Hi Yann,
Can you provide the access credentials again ?
They are automatically removed when the ticket is marked as resolved.
I've enabled the private fields for you to provide me with the details.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Yann
Shane is on vacation this week, so let me step in here.
I'm taking a copy of your site to install locally to see if I can reproduce the same problem there and conduct some tests.
I'll get back to you when I have some news.

How do you install plugins?
On the locally installed copy of your site I was able to access the ACF admin pages without any problems.
But that was using a local version of Types rather than the version you have on your site, so to rule out that the issue could be caused by something wrong with the installation of Types on your server I went to reinstall it.
I deleted the existing install, and then tried to upload the zip file of the current Types version on the Add New plugins page.
But your server doesn't appear to allow it. (I get the error "Le lien suivi est expiré" when I attempt that.)
Which leads me to think that the problem is related to the version of Types you installed.
How did you install Types?
Hi.
I uploaded it via ftp but I had the error like I said on my first message.
The actual plugin was installed by Shane so I don't know how he did.
I used types many times and it is the first time I have errors.
Can you help me to make it work ? Let me know if I can do something elsd

I think the problem is inadequate server settings. I tried to upload a different plugin and saw the error Le fichier téléversé dépasse la directive upload_max_filesize dans php.ini.
Could you update the server settings for upload_max_filesize, which should probably be at least about 16Mb, possibly more depending on what you aim to install on your site.
I can't access to the site. I have an Internal Server Error, did you change something online ?

I hadn't made any changes since I was trying (and failing) to upload a plugin yesterday afternoon, and although I couldn't upload a plugin because the server settings are too small, I was still able to navigate the back end of the site.
I have just now used FTP to try to check the logs on the servers, and I can see the access logs show that requests are generating 500 http codes (an internal server error), but the PHP logs themselves don't report what the errors are.
I tried renaming the plugins directory in case the error arose from one of the plugins somehow, but that didn't help (I've now renamed it back again).
So I don't know what the problem is, I'm afraid, I only undertook "normal" operations.
If the problem doesn't resolve itself, I think you'll need to ask the host if they can identify the problem (and also increase the max upload size at the same time).
I'll see with the host and let you know.
Thanks
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
I delete everything and restart from the start and it's ok.
Thanks a lot for the support
