[Resolved] Incompatibility Between Divi Theme and Toolset Blocks

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is when the user has activated our Views/Blocks plugin their page layout becomes empty and nothing is displayed on the frontend.

Solution:

This could be because there is an empty content template assigned to the page.

To check if there are any empty content template I would recommend going to Toolset -> Content template and checking for the templates.

If there are any templates here that are not actively being used or if you noticed that they are empty I would recommend deleting the templates and this should restore your display on the frontend.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for the link.

The problem is that you have some empty content templates that are assigned to your posts.

My recommendations here is that if you're not using these content templates then you can go ahead and delete them and this should restore the functionality.

What might have happened here is that they could've been assigned to the posts and pages in error.

Thanks,
Shane
