[Resolved] In visual editor the "style" dropdown limited options

After inserting a VIsual Editor cell into a layout, the style drop down box only shows "paragraph" as an option, "Heading 1, Heading 2 etc" are not there

I followed the work around instructions provided by copying and pasting the code snippet at the end of the editor.css file (see attached image file for resulting file)

After saving the file, I tested the issue again but the work around appeared to have made no difference. I have subsequently logged out of the wp admin and logged back in but again no change has occurred to either existing Visual Editor cells or new instances.

Well - to check there is not conflict with any third party plugin. Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Also, Is it possible to send me temporary access details with problem URL of layout where you added visual editor cell so that I can check if you applied patch correctly?

It looks like cache issue on your side. I just checked on your install and try to edit layout "New Layout" and there I tried to add visual editor cell and I can see Heading 1, Heading 2 etc..etc..

You should try to delete your browser cache and site cache and then try to insert the visual editor cell and I hope it will work on your end as well.

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly, I have cleared the cache and the problem appears to be resolved.
