impossible to activate OTGS installer in WP 6.4.1

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,
For some unknown reason the "OTGS installer" plugin has been deactivated from my site and it is impossible to reactivate it.
I tried to uninstall then reinstall: no activation possible;
I am using WordPress 6.4.1
Any idea to resolve this?

Hi Michael,

If you have Toolset installed already, you can simply go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (tab) to register and update Toolset.

If you do not have Toolset installed and as OTGS installer is not working for you, you can go to "https://toolset.com/account/downloads/" click the "Download Toolset Manually" link and download Toolset Types and Toolset Blocks plugins.

Then you can install them and register your key using the same steps I mentioned above.

As soon as you install Toolset you will have access to the section I mentioned for the updates and you do not need OTGS Installer anymore.
