The account that you provided doesn't seem to be an admin account. Unfortunately without this i'm not able to check on the view and posts to see why the images aren't showing up.
I believe here that the issue is server related as i've noticed that sometimes the images show up and other times they dont.
Secondly are you able to migrate this site to a different server so that we can test it there? I did also notice quite a few Javascript errors in your website console in which some are pointing to your ssl certificate.
Please let me know if moving the site to a different server is an option for you.
Shane, the staging website is on the same server as the production website. You can see that the same page is working well on the production (by removing "staging" from the URL), so I don't think it's a server issue. The only difference between the two is the theme. Could you find any problems in the log file I uploaded here?
Shane is on Holiday today he will get back to work tomorrow, He will continue to help you tomorrow as it seems he has access details you shared which is not available with the ticket.
Shane, please browse to page 2, and you will see the problem. If not, test a few other scenarios, such as going to a different page and returning to it.
Did you add any custom css to the view or to the website ?
Usually issues like this are caused by custom css that is affecting how the masonry grid reflows. The problem is that I'm not able to specifically identify the issue given that whenever i open the developer tools on the browser the issue is fixed.
Please let me know if there are any custom css and if so can you remove it and check the site again.
You have to do it in incognito and browse for 1 minute or so, going to the second and third pages. You will find the same error. And yes, we have custom codes there, but classes and Ids are not conflicting.
Please take some time to browse in incognito and investigate. You will find the error. If you really can't help me, I would appreciate it if you could send this task to another person. I have been very successful with Toolset support, having fixed 100% of my previous issues.
I am able to see the issue without using incognito. The problem i'm having is whenever i open the developer tools to inspect the page element, the grid reflows correctly thus rendering my search for the issue ineffective.
Can you let me know the location of your css ? This way when I log into the site I can go directly to your custom css to see what is there.
Also the site does takes quite some time to load up which is slowing down my debug process of this issue.
Thanks,
Shane
