Hi Denny,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

In order to do some debugging on the issue I will need a duplicator package of your website.

To do this please follow the instructions in the link below.
https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

The private fields have been enabled.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Denny,

Thanks for the update and please keep me posted

I'm trying one last attempt after resizing all the images with ImageMagic. If this doesn't work, can I give you an ftp login so you can manually download the site?

#437737

I'm ready to share the duplicator Pro files...

How do I do that?

#437738

I created a dropbox for you to access the files:

Hi Denny,

Thank you for the duplicator package.

I'll test it out and let you know what I find.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Denny,

I'm having issues logging into the duplicator package regarding cookies.

Would you mind providing me with admin access to your site as well as a couple screenshots so that I can clearly identify the issue ?

Once i'm able to identify the issue then I should be able to advise on the next step.

I'll enable the private fields for you to provide me with the credentials.

Thanks
Shane

Hi Denny,

It seems I am blocked 🙁

Could you unblock me.

Also have you tried disabling all your non-toolset plugins to see if that helps ?

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Denny,

Thanks I was able to have a look at this now.

From what I can see the repeated fields are not being used. The gallery is actually in the post content itself.

This is what you are referring to correct? That there is only one image on the backend but on the frontend there are a bunch of images correct?

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Shane

The public side shows all of the photos that were previously added using the repeated image field. The admin section doesn't show all of the images but it did when the property was first added. Nothing has changed on the data side. This behavior just started happening - although it has happened before. The fix we implemented was to re-assign the images but that is not a good long term solution.

Take a look at another property in the admin section. ALL of the image show up in the image repeat field and they ALL show up on the public side. The property in question doesn't show all of the images in the admin section but it does on the public side. Somehow it is still linked to the images - you can see all of them on the public page.

Nothing has changed. This site has been running for many years. This issue only periodically happens and I can't reproduce it on purpose.

The problem follows the site. When I completely duplicate the site on my test server the same problem occurs.

Hi Denny,

Thank my best assumption here is that the custom fields are losing the referencing of the value in the database.

Reconnecting them would be the best solution I have right now since i'm not able to duplicate the problem.

Also it can occur when migrations are not done correctly but I suspect this is not the case.

I've created a test property with a few repeated images and it's working fine.

Thanks,
Shane
