upload issue_5_select a file - upload automatically, form submits successfully.jpg
upload issue_4_remove all extra fields and delete associated files.jpg
upload issue_3_attempt to submit the form - error shown + 3 x fields present.jpg
upload issue_2_select a file - no automatic file upload.jpg
upload issue_1_the initial form.jpg

I am trying to:
Use CRED to upload a file using a regular file upload field add via Types. Works in all browsers except Internet Explorer

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
You can go here - hidden link - register an account, create a contractor profile, choose at least one service, e.g. "Areal Specialist". On the profile page, click the title of the "Sector Specific Agreement: Areal Specialist" to edit the form and attempt to upload a file. Obviously, only do this test in Internet Explorer!

I expected to see:
A file uploaded as per Chrome / FireFox / Safari

Instead, I got:
Please upload the XXXX Please enter a valid URL address pointing to the file. NB. the file is actually uploaded.
The field then seems to show 3 instances of said field with the same file linked (is repeatable but no repeats added). Resubmitting the form returns the same error. If you remove the additional fields, delete the file from the first and attempt to upload a file it works no problem. But it NEVER works the first time.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I just checked with IE native app available with Windows 10 and its working fine there and I can upload image successfully.

Then I tried with IE version 11 and even "Add new" image button is not working and even I ajax upload not working there. Could you please confirm which IE version you are using?

Yes sorry, to confirm I've confirmed it not working on IE11 on both Windows 7 and 10. Edge on Windows 10 also seems to work no problem.

Looks like there's an issue for IE11 then?

Update: I just checked the issue with IE11 with new post form by adding repeating image field and I do not see any issue. I can add multiple image fields and upload image successfully.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Will do, though just an update for right now, I've actually pretty quickly narrowed it down to the theme as I've tested it with TwentySeventeen, Genesis and Beaver Theme, all work no problem.

I've seen that Toolset should work no problem with the Avada theme so I'm going to see if the client is able to get a theme update on their licence.

OK, can confirm with the latest version of Avada this is working fine.

Sorry about that, hadn't realised that because I was working on a copy of the live site which isn't registered to updates to Avada that it was out of date.
