This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When submitting CRED new post forms, two versions of the post are created, a "normal" one and one with a title CRED AUTODRAFT...
Solution:
This is a known issue when Relevanssi is installed, and a patch is available here: https://toolset.com/errata/cred-auto-draft-posts-created-when-relevannsi-cred-and-featured-images-are-used/

I am trying to:
let user add text and image content with a frontend CRED form

I expected to see:
After fill the form I'm expected to see a post with text and image
Instead, I got:
2 posts, one perfect with all the text and another with a "CRED AUTODRAFT xxxxxxxxxx" title with only the image.
The site is 2 year old. Until 2 weeks ago everyting works fine .... now we have this problem
