Image Slider Block

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi, I am trying to use the image slider block with the image list with large selected image style. The problem that I am having is if I only have one image for the slider. The image repeats itself in the list of thumbnails below. Is there a way to only show the images available? So if I had 3 images, only 3 would show and not repeat the width of the site? Or if I only had one image, can I disable the thumbnails?

Thank you for getting in touch.

This is a known issue with the image slider block and as such you will need to submit a feature request .
To open a feature request you will need to go to the link below.
https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/

From there you will need to provide as much detail about the feature as possible.

Once you've submitted the feature request it will be reviewed by our team and assigned a priority based on user requests for said feature.

It should be noted as well that this can take a bit of time to go through the entire process.

This is because the option to automatically re-adjust the slider is not available based on the number of images so this will need to be improved.

So it would be best to upload a minimum of 3 images when you're using the repeating image fields and have a separate field for when you're uploading single images. This way you can make use of the image block to display that image.
