Tell us what you are trying to do? thumbnails are set to: size='thumbnail' resize='pad' padding_color='#e6eaf2' but not all images are showing the padding.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I checked on this for you and the issue here appears to be that your images are different dimensions. If you check here below.

You will notice that they are both different dimensions hence why some of the images will have the paddings and some won't because they would've already been cropped to their thumbnail sizes.

Please let me know if this clears this up for you.

Thanks,
Shane

but only some of the ones that should have padding do have it. the square images would not need it, but most of the ones that aren't square don't have padding (or at least I can't see the background color to indicate there's padding.)

Hello,

Is it that you're adding the padding color as an attribute for the shortcode ? Can you send me the exact shortcode that you're using ?

As you may need to just do it using a custom css on the view css file rather than inline.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello,

OK I had a look at the images again and not all the images are being resized to their thumbnail sizes.

Perhaps you will need to regenerate the thumbnails. To do this you can use the plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

If this doesn't help please provide me with admin access so that I can have a more detailed look for you.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Malaga,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can do a deeper look on this one for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
