Hi there

It is unclear from the screenshots why the problem is occurring, it appears the that the key the site is registered with is incorrect.

I suggest you go to the custom installer page (from the list of plugins click the registered link from one of the Toolset plugins), unregister Toolset (the link on the right), then re-register Toolset, and use the link "Get a key for this site" which will generate the key based on the exact site URL.

If it still fails after doing that, please let us know.
