Buongiorno,

Setting WP: 6.9.1

Potete darmi supporto? Grazie.

A.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Italian support is not available at the moment. I will try to help with English, Hope this is OK.

Could you please send me debug information that will help us to investigate your issue.
=> https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

In addition to that, can you please try to run basic debug step:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any difference when only Toolset plugins active?

Hi Minesh,
I appreciate for your fast support. I'll wait for your answer, the site is a production site and now I can't deactivate plugins. My client would not understand the malfunction.

I'm waiting for good news. Thanks.

PS: I've send you the report, did you received?

I did not receive any report.

I need a test site as we do not recommend any debugging on the live/production site.

Can you please share problem URL where I can see the issue as well as send me admin access and FTP access details of the test site and test site should be 1:1 copy of your production site.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh,
I reatteched the debug informations. Before sending you all the data from the test environment, could you check the debugging? Maybe you can solve the problem with that alone. Thanks for your help.

I've notice that the debug info are visible to everyone. Could you tell me to share the debug info privately?

I checked the debug information and there is nothing wrong with that. Debug information help us to know the PHP version, server and etc.. basic details.

I need problem URL and admin access details and before you send me problem URL and admin access details you should run a basic compatibility test.

Please setup test site first that should be 1:1 copy of your live/production site.

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
- Do you see any differece?
