Because I get the messages without the user's name since the user can send a message about a product without having been registered before.???

Hi David

I can't tell how those emails are being generated from your question.

You can use Access to hide types of content (e.g. all posts of the custom post type "projects"), or specific content (e.g. the "My secret project" post, as described here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/limiting-read-access-specific-content/).

But I suspect what you need is to hide part of the content of a page only, possibly showing one section to logged-in users and a different section to guests that tells them to log-in or register. You wrap content with the toolset_access shortcode, as described here: https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/access-control-texts-inside-page-content/

only registered users can see this section..png

Thanks for your help, I can not find the "Contact advertiser" page id 7778.
Since I would like to display a message that only registered users can see this section.

Is this a page in your screenshot or a post generated by a template?

In any case, you should be able to edit the page or template and wrap the relevant section with toolset_access shortcodes that you can generate using the Access button which appears above the editor.
