[Resolved] I want to register the toolset plugin, but I can’t.

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

This is a common issue since our recent server move.

Solution:

The issue is that if you are using Types version 2.2.23 you will now see that your registration no longer works. We recently did a server move so this is why you are not able to register this version.

I would suggest installing the most recent version manually and try re-registering the plugin.

I bought Toolset presentation to have a the key to register the plugin, but now told this "Please note that the site key is case sensitive." Please help me or give me my money back.

My theme is Dyad.

Hi Amelia,

The issue is that Types version 2.2.23 is a really old version of Types that is no longer supporter. We recently did a server move so this is why you are not able to register this version.

I would suggest installing the most recent version manually and try re-registering the plugin.

What you need to do is to deactivate types 2.2.23 and then delete it. Finally just upload the new version and activate it.
