Tell us what you are trying to do?
I updated from a old 2.ish version of toolset to the new version
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Is there a similar example that we can see?
What is the link to your site?

All of the documents on the right side of every page now are showing like the image attached.
Hi, I'll be glad to take a closer look. Can you copy + paste the code(s) used to generate the file download links in this table display? I will review the syntax of the shortcode or PHP functions used to see if there are any improvements we can add to fix the formatting here.
I am not exactly sure what you are looking for?
Okay if you're not sure how this display is generated, I can log in to wp-admin and take a closer look. Please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here and I will take a look, then give you some feedback.
Am I able to restore the old plugin? or reinstall it? I have the old plugins/types folder from a backup.

Yes, it is possible to deactivate and delete the current plugins and reinstall the older versions if you'd like to revert to the previous versions. If you ran post relationships migration process after updating, those migrated relationships may not work in older versions of the plugins. In that case, if you want to revert to older versions it's probably best to revert to an older version of the database as well. If I can get access to the template for this table (see below), I can probably give you a quick solution that doesn't require reverting or complicated database management.

I'm looking for the template used to generate the table you are showing in these screenshots. Usually the template will include Toolset's shortcodes to display custom field values, or PHP codes to render the fields using our PHP API. I'm not sure which is used here, because it is not immediately clear to me how this page is generated:

It seems to be an archive of a custom taxonomy with the slug "groups", but I do not see a Toolset WordPress Archive specific for that taxonomy. So I suspect there is a custom PHP template for this archive, but I do not have access to the theme files from wp-admin. It seems that ability has been disabled, probably in wp-config.php. So I would need to download a copy of the child theme files somehow. If you can upload a zip archive of the theme files to Drive or Dropbox and post a link here, I can download the files. Or, if you want to provide FTP access I can download them directly from your site. Let me know how you would like to proceed.
I was able to restore the old plug which fixed the issue partially for the meetings section of our site that was having the problem but the Department (groups) section is still having the issue which makes sense based off what you said. I am not sure about the relationship migration. The site was created by someone else and now I just help keep it updated and update the plugins. This is a link to the theme.

Okay unfortunately I don't see anything in this custom theme that would correspond to a standard PHP taxonomy archive template. The page must be generated in some other way I'm not fully aware of, maybe another 3rd-party plugin or a widget...?
I was trying to investigate but it appears my User account is not Administrator-level, so I have limited permissions for wp-admin access. Since we're both a bit out of the loop here, it might be best if I can create a clone of the site using the Duplicator plugin or the All-in-One WP Migration plugin, then I can install that cloned copy of your site on my local test environment and dig around in the code and database to find out exactly how this table is generated. If that's okay with you, please upgrade my User profile to have the Administrator role. I'll install one of those plugins, create the clone of your site, and continue investigating on my local copy.
Otherwise, if you'd prefer to create the clone yourself, feel free to do so using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin (it's the easiest to use, in my opinion) and post a link here so I can download the clone file. Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
I was able to "resolve" the issue by reinstalling the old plugin and removing the template from the documents and meetings. I would still like to upgrade to the newest version of toolset. If its possible I would still like to clone the site and provide it for you to look at so I can figure out how to upgrade the plugin without any issues.
Okay if you can provide a Duplicator clone, I can try to install that locally and run additional tests. You can upload that clone to Drive or Dropbox and provide a download link here in your next reply. Any link you share here in the forums will be hidden from public view for your privacy.
