Hi George,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site to have a look at this for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi, Shane is on holiday this week so I'm checking on his tickets. Unfortunately the login credentials here do not work for me. Can you verify the username and password? Is there a location or IP-based security system in place?

If not, please try these troubleshooting steps:
1. Never use Layouts and Elementor together. If you want to use Elementor, deactivate Layouts. If you want to use Layouts, deactivate Elementor and Elementor Pro.
2. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Toolset plugins and activate a default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
3. Use FTP to log into your server, then go to wp-content/plugins. Rename the cred-frontend-editor plugin to be cred-frontend-editor-bak, then go to wp-admin > Plugins and reload the page. This will temporarily deactivate the CRED plugin.
4. Go to Toolset.com/account/downloads to download a copy of the latest version of CRED (now called Forms).
5. Return to wp-admin > Plugins > Add new and upload your clean copy of CRED. Try to activate now, then reactivate your other plugins and your theme.

If those steps do not work, I'll need the login credentials. I'm activating private reply fields here.
