I looked at the webarchive file you uploaded but it has not styles or anything and is a completely unformatted web page that is essentially a long list, so I don't know what it is you are hoping to achieve.
I can help you with how Toolset works and how to add dynamic content generated by Toolset, but I can't help with converting static pages so that the layout is the same when reproduced in WordPress.
Please clarify what you need, including screenshots if necessary.

Your design looks like a WooCommerce product page.
So you'll need a WordPress site with WooCommerce. WooCommerce works with pretty much any theme, so the starting point would be to choose a theme you like (or are comfortable customising), and then add WooCommerce with sample data and check the designs for the shop page and the individual product pages.
If you don't like the standard WooCommerce product page then you can use Toolset to create a custom template for products.
We have had several requests for a video call about this thread.
I can speak to you about the issue by video, but before hand I need a clear understanding of what is being requested, and specifically what it is that you need to do with Toolset that you are having problems with.
