When I create an archive, it automatically shows the blocks option. (Capture-1)
But I want to edit my archive using code as the second capture shows (Capture-2)
I don't see any option to do it, so please let me know if there's a way to avoid using blocks.

No, the main Toolset menu in the WordPress dashboard.
Ok, so I selected these options. Please let me know if these are the right options because it's still not working.
Your screenshot doesn't show the setting for WordPress Archives, did you change that, too?
It may be that you need to delete an existing archive if it was created with the block editor if you want to be able to make an archive with the classic editor for the same archive.
