I need help to configure Toolset. I have a demo website where the plugin works correctly. I installed it on the official website and I'm having problems in order to set layout template and associate them with single pages.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

I understood that you are not able to set layouts for pages, right? Do you mean regular WordPress pages or other Custom Post Types?
Can you check on Toolset->Layouts and see if you can assign them there? Then check again?
Does this issue happen after updating a page/post?
Can you elaborate more on the issue you so I can understand better?

Sorry, we only offer chat(when a supporter is available) or forum support for supporting our customers. Phone, email or other tools are not used. And there are no Italian supporters yet on the toolset support team.

I'll try to explain you the problem..
I had installed Toolset on a demo website and it works very well.
Then when I did the migration on the online website i find out some problems.
I put the licence in toolset on the online site but after i did it, tools lose the layout. In the screenshot I send you, you can see the dem site on the right and the online site on the left. You can see that now I have different columns in the main screen of toolset and I can't put my layout in the colomn models.
In the demo website i had fewer option in toolset with the same licence, i can't find where i made an error.
I need to insert my layout in the column models instead of models like in the previews demo site.
Another problem is that now i installed WPML and when i save a page after i insert the translation, the page lose its template.
Maybe the two problem are related one to the other...
I hope i explain the problem...

Thank you for your feedback. I can see at least a way of reproducing the problem(once we save the WPML translation, the layout is lost). I wonder if this happens to a new page, only when saving the page, without going through the WPML translation? Can you test on a page, just save content or a custom field and save it, does it lose the layout?
I would like to ask further questions to understand better:

Do you mean, you have created the post types and layouts manually without issues? Or did you install a demo site with demo content?

Can you describe your migration process? Using a plugin? Using a hosting provider tool? Or vanilla migration(copying files and database)?
Would you also allow me temporary access to check this "layout lost" issue from my side?

Thank you for your feedback and the login information. I can see that many pages, "Porte blindate", and "Porte garage" have lost their layout assignments. As a workaround, you can reassign layouts from Toolset->Layouts, check this screenshot hidden link
As I am not yet familiar with your website, I won't know which layout should be used, and what is displayed when the layout is lost, what pages still have layout assignment. I would like to take a Duplicator copy of your website to run further tests locally. Would you be ok that I take a copy of your website for further checking?

i already tried to reassign the layout like you explain me, but when i work again on the page and i save it. The page lose again the layout.
You can duplicate the site in order to test it.
It is a site of a client, so in order to avoid privacy problems i aks you to delete everything after testing it, please.

Can you try to create a duplicator copy share it with me? You may need to increase max_execution_time.
We can also use another way, such as sharing a download link to a database export and your themes and plugins folder.

It seems that the problem stems from having the Toolset Blocks plugin active instead of Toolset Views. Your website is using Toolset Layouts, but Blocks designs take priority over Layouts designs. The solution, in this case, would be to disable Toolset Blocks and activate Toolset Views.
Now you can see the Template Layout panel in the post editor screen, and when you create or edit a post the Template Layout will be applied correctly from now on.
Sorry for the inconvenience here! Let me know if you continue to experience issues where the design is lost during an update or when creating a new post. In most cases, you can fix the issue by selecting the appropriate Template Layout and resaving the post.

Hi Jamal, thank you. This problem seems to be resolved.
I need another problem.
I need to upload some products that are the same for more than one "serie".
I create the article, for example in "porte per garage " > "vip" and i tick two serie "Securlap" and "Securlap One".
Vip is displayed in the two pages correctly but the link doesn't work.
It is recognized like a only link. (here the link: hidden link)
How can I automate that in this cases the plug in recognized 2 links?
I upload also two screenshoot of the problem.
