Hello,

I have a custom post type for a number of packages created for an internet company. They want a customer to be able to choose out of their three services (internet, tv, and phone), but only show the packages that match to exactly which services are selected. So, if I have a package that has all three categories selected, and the custom toggles ONLY the internet and tv check boxes, I don't want the packages with all three categories to show. Currently, my filter is displaying any package that has any of the categories, as opposed to display only package that have exactly the categories selected, and only those.

Please take a look at this services filter on this example website, as it is what my client wants for their filter.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - could you please share the link where you set up your advanced filters?

Do you add such checkboxes using views filter? or you want JS solution to toggle the results?

Minesh,

Thank you for your reply.

You can view what I have so far here:

This is a staging site that requires a username and password:

To answer your question, I would like to accomplish this with the Views filters if possible. If not, I would like to build this using JS.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Well - can you please share wp-admin access details so that I can check if it's possible to achieve this using view's filter.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
