[Closed] I need a return. There is no place on your site to request a refund.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do? I want a refund. I have tried using the product but it is just too clunky and hard to get what I need. I requested this in my last note to support but no one responded.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

The link in your account page to request a refund will have disappeared because the 30 day period has passed.

I can see in your earlier thread you asked about where to apply for a refund on what looks like day 30, so I suggest you link to that forum reply submitting details to https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/account-and-finance-contact-form/
