I am trying to: I install and remove woocomerce booster plugin and in toolset custom field group create about 122 custom field group atomatically and I can't remove them.
They show in product editor.

That is really strange.
To remove unwanted Toolset WooCommerce custom field groups you will have to directly interact with your database table and due to that I must ask you to take:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Please also try to find the original Toolset WooCommerce custom field group entry and make sure you do not delete that.
If you do not know how to do it, please take full backup of your site and send me admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
Its still not working for me it seems it has country wise IP restriction. Can you please lift that for few days until we reach to some concrete point with this ticket.
