Hi Vimal,

Thank you for getting in touch.

From this perspective i'm not able to get an accurate description of your setup.

Did you add the recaptcha element to the form after setting up your API key. See Screenshot.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Vimal,

Thanks i'm currently look at this for you.

I won't be doing any debugging but if I need to would I be able to install the duplicator plugin to grab a copy of the site?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Vimal,

It seems your site may be using some form of Caching because I noticed that no changes I made to the forms are reflected on the frontend. Even adding a simple test text to the form doesn't show up.

If there is caching could you please clear the cache ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Vimal,

This is quite strange as i've added a text called "TESTING" to the user form here hidden link

However it's still not showing up.

I went ahead and added the form to a different page and the captcha shows up fine.

It seems to be an issue with the original page itself. I would suggest deleting this page and remaking it and re-adding the form to the page.

Thanks,
Shane
