This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user's product page isn't displaying.
Solution:
In this user's case they created a custom template for their product page but didn't add any content to the loop editor to display the product.
What I would recommend that you do is to use the loop wizard to start populating your custom archive with product items.

It is the default shoppage of the template
if I click on the main menu generate with product categories, nothing is displayed
