Hi there,

Please go to the post type in question and from the top filter make sure to click the trash icon. Most probably there is still an entry there that you can empty the trash for.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

Hi there,

It is certainly not from the WordPress by default.

What I suggest is this:

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Plugins
- Deactivate plugins one by one.
- On each step check to see if the feedback menu is still there or not.
- As soon as the feedback menu goes away that will show the plugin which is responsible for creating that post type.

Thanks.
