[Resolved] I got fatal error messages from Plesk on a daily bases

Hi,
I get below kind of messages from Plesk on a daily basis.
Can you please help so that those massages will not pop-up anymore.

Could you please let me know when this issue started occurring? This could be attributed the amount of plugins you have installed . You can try increasing your memory to 256M (or even a higher value), and see if that helps.

Hi Mateus,

I followed your guidance but as a result I got the following messages:
E_WARNING: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in file /home/woondo.nl/woondo.nl/wp-content/toolset-customizations/memoryupgrade.php on line 9

Note: Depending on the nature of the error, you may need to run the script in a particular scenario to make sure the issue is gone.

And if you remove the mentioned line in the wp-content/toolset-customizations/memoryupgrade.php file, still no luck?

If you're stuck on this, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

It seems that you have several updates available here: hidden link, including for the Toolset plugins. May I kindly ask you to:

- make sure to have a backup of the website
- do the updates
- increase your memory limit to 1024M and delete the code mentioned previously in this error:

E_WARNING: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in file /home/woondo.nl/woondo.nl/wp-content/toolset-customizations/memoryupgrade.php on line 9

If you face difficulties on this, please contact the Plesk support and ask them to do it for you. It should be fine after these steps.

-I have a backup of the website
-All plugins are correctly installed no updates available anymore
And now I stuck.
I don't understand the text/code. I am not a developer and I cannot code.
