[Resolved] I do not see the support tickets that Awesome Support provides me

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Manage support tickets for my clients with the Awesome Support plugin as I have done so far.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Instead, I got:

Good Morning,
I have a problem when I activate the Toolset Acces plugin.

If I am not active I can see the support tickets of the Awesome Support plugin.

When I try to access:
hidden link

It tells me "You need a higher level of permission".

As soon as I deactivate the "Toolset Access" plugin, everything goes back to normal.

Do you know what may be happening?

I was able to see the issue.

How long has this issue been occurring ?

Did it happen with the latest update of toolset?

Hi Ivan,

The weekend is coming up and the forum will be closed, so you wont get a response from me before monday but we before the shift ends would you mind setting up the duplicator plugin on the site so that I can take a copy ?
