[Resolved] I created a form but when I use it the layout is not the designed one

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The user has created a form with grid layout, but it is not reflected on the frontend.

Solution:
Forms layouts are based on the Twitter Bootstrap framework(3 or 4). Make sure it is loaded by the theme or by Toolset in Toolset->Settings->General(tab).

Tell us what you are trying to do? I created a form but when I use it the layout is not the designed one. I don't know if it's a but or a confirguration issue.

Is there any documentation that you are following? the online tutorial

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

You have added a screenshot of the frontend, but you did not add a screenshot for the backend. Honestly, I can't tell without comparing both and checking the website further.

If you are having issues with columns, maybe you rely on the theme to load bootstrap and it does not. Than can be configured in Toolset->Settings->General(tab).

Otherwise, I'll need to log in to your website and check this closely. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials safely.** Make a database backup before sharing credentials. **

Hi,

you are right, the site was setup to have the theme loading bootstrap. Now it works. Problem solved.

Thanks.
