This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The problem here is that the user's map is only showing on the frontend when they are logged in. Logged out users aren't able to see the map.

The problem is essentially being caused by the siteground optimizater plugin.

Hi there,
I create a page to show in a map the various items in the custom post type "medici" I added by the toolset plugin. This is its URL: hidden link
If I'm logged the page correctly show the contents (see the attachement if logged-in)
If I'm logged out I can't show the page correctely (see the attachement if logged-out)
The Google Map API key seems correct (see the attachement)
Do you assist me to solve this rebus?
Thank you

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Based on what I see on the site there is an error being thrown in the site's console pointing to Sitegrounds.

Is this site hosted there and do you have the siteground optimization plugin installed? If so can you temporarily disable it and let me know if the problem persists.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andrea,

Perhaps you can try following the instructions in FAQ document below.
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-use-optimization-plugins-with-toolset/

If this doesn't help would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can have a more detailed look.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andrea,

The map seems to be working fine now when the user is not logged in.

So this issue appears to be resolved.

Thanks,
Shane

map issue-disabled plugin.JPG

Hi Shane, the map is correctely shown because I temporary disabled the optimizer plugin (as per attachment)
If I enable it, I cannot properly show the map if I'm logged-out (now it's enabled)
I saw in the plugin settings I can exclude some resurce files as you indicated me in your former reply. I tried to exclude them but this is not enough. The issue still remain. Do I have to exlude them all? in whitc part of the plugin? could you please take a look on mìthe administration side of the site to suggest me the properly solution?
You shoud already have the credentials
Thanks

Can you provide the credentials for the site with the issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Andrea,

The problem is mainly being cause by the following settings in sitegrounds "Combine JavaScript files" and "Postpone the JS view block"

Disabling these caused the map to work fine now.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
