[Resolved] I can't update my Toolset Types from 2.2.23. I have I license

This support ticket is created 5 years, 9 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: update my Toolset Types from 2.2.23

I expected to see: Your update is ok!

Instead, I got: look at the image

Hi, there could be a temporary problem with the installer. If you are unable to update automatically, please go to https://toolset.com/account/downloads and download a fresh copy of Types 3.3. Deactivate and delete Types from your site, then install the new version you downloaded. Your custom post types and fields will remain in the database, so you won't lose data.

Hi, the download isn't a zip file. I can upload only zip file into plug in area.
Which file should I upload? Why don't you provide an easier way to manage your product?

When you go here you say you dont get a zip file ?

Clicking on the download link should provide a zip file. Could you let me know what kind of file is being downloaded? From this we can see how best I can provide you with the zip file.

I get a common folder.
I don't know if I can just create a zip file from it and upload the folder without problems

Hi Gabriele,

It seems what is happening is that you are extracting the files from the zip. Try checking your downloads folder to see if you see a file called types.3.3.zip

It should be there as i see you are using Mac OS.

No, when I download the file it arrives in that way. I didn't extract anything and I don't have a types.3.3.zip file.
