[Resolved] I can't See Custom Fields While Editing CPT in Editor

This support ticket is created 4 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello Team,

I created a CPT and added a few Custom Fields but it is not showing in the CPT editor.

Please note that I tried testing with some demo CPT and CF but it's not showing in my editor.

Am I missing Something..?

I am using Kadence Theme Pro + Kadence Blocks PRo

Hi Rahul,

The issue here is server related. I took a copy of your site and was able to see the custom fields on my end without any issues.

However I did check the debug data for your site and saw that you're running MYSQL version 5.5 . The minimum version required for Toolset is version 5.6 so I would advise that you contact your host for them to update the mysql version.

Furthermore it would be best to take a look at our minimum server requirements at the link below and ensure that your server meets these.
