[Resolved] I can't reply to or update opened tickets

This support ticket is created 3 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello, I still can't reply to or update any opened a tickets. This is ridiculous. I have to open a new a ticket and it's not even about the actual issue. Please take a look at this video to see what I meant:

I clicked Reply and nothing happened. I also tried it on 2 browsers, Chrome and Edge. Both are showing the same behavior.

Please change how the ticket reply mechanism works. Requiring to click "I still need assistance" in order to reply is so ridiculous. I never see it anywhere else. You should just put the reply form there.
