I am trying to:
Register hidden link Types plugin with the provided key.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
Regsitration Success.

Instead, I got:
Invalid site key for the current site.

I also tried to remove the website and add it again, but still the same error when I'm trying to fill the new provided key.

Hi, we've experienced some issues registering Types 2.2.23. Currently the most effective workflow is to log in to https://toolset.com/account/downloads and download a fresh copy of Types 3.3.1 and Views 2.8.2. Then go in your site to wp-admin > Plugins > Installed Plugins and deactivate and delete Types and Views. Install and activate the fresh copies you downloaded from our site, beginning with Types. Then try to register again. Let me know if the problem is not resolved.

Will it keep all my Custom Types, Custom Views & Plugin Settings?

#1260253

Yes, that information will be maintained in your site's database.

Well,
I did what you've just suggested.
The registration went OK, but my whole site content disappeared (alot of it contains Views).

Please help.

I'll be glad to take a closer look if you can provide wp-admin and FTP access information.

I tried to update your WPML plugins but the site crashed. Can you provide FTP login information?

Okay thanks, we discovered there were some issues in WPML 4.2.7, so I rolled back to 4.2.6 and that fixed the crash problem. Then I checked the homepage, and it turns out a Content Template was assigned to the page. This is a problem because you're also using Elementor templates, which conflict with Toolset's Content Templates. I recommend you choose Content Template "None" on any page designed using Elementor or an Elementor Pro template. I did that for the home page, and now I see content appearing. Can you check and see if the homepage looks more like you would expect now?

As far as registration issues, I unregistered the site and temporarily added my own site key. The registration messages stopped appearing, so I think something was stuck in the cache. I have removed my own site key, and I would like to see if you are able to register effectively using your key now. Please let me know if you are not able to. If this fixes the issue, then we can take the same steps in your live site. I can temporarily unregister the site, then add my own registration key, then remove my key and try yours again.
