I cant make changes to a template under our products content type.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Tell us what you are trying to do? Use toolset template generator to dynamically set the title, product image and subject to render on the front end of the website for all /products. New templates i create do not seem to be applied. it always displays breadcrumbs, an oversized left justified image of the product, the title and related products at the bottom.

Is there any documentation that you are following? we are running a recent version of WP 5.2.7 and have updated the subscription to Toolset just last week.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I'm not sure what you've tried on your site to arrive at that result.

Can you follow the guide on this page, and if there is something in particular you are trying to achieve that you cannot, describe what that is and what you've tried.
