I can't insert the form in page

This support ticket is created 6 years, 5 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm trying to insert a subsmission form in a page, but I can't complete because the popup where I insert the selection of post type don't work properly (remain in this screen blocked), see screenshot

I can press "Create Cell" juts fine and complete the form

It sounds like a JS issue.
What is there in the Browser console error log?
Or, something shows in the PHP error log?

Do you see this issue as well when you use just Toolset and a WordPress native Theme?
==> If you test this on a live site please first backup.

If all this does not help, please let me have a look at this in the backend?
