Welcome to our support forum! I'll be glad to assist you 🙂
The templates created with Toolset can be found in your WP Dashboard -> Toolset -> Content Templates. Please visit this section and check if you're able to find the posts template.
I have installed and registered toolset blocks, toolset types, and toolset views, but toolset view doesn't active i don't have any error, when trying to active it
Could you please show us the exact post that you're trying to change the layout? Also, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
We were able to login now, not sure what happened. Moreover, we have checked your website but we're not sure what exactly is the issue. When you open the mentioned template with Elementor: hidden link, you have to access the post settings -> preview settings: hidden link, and choose the desired post type.
After this you can add any block that supports dynamic content (text block, for example - screenshot: hidden link) and after this choose the field you want to display.
For instance, here I selected the 'cobertures addicionals' field: hidden link, and you'll see that it displays correctly.
Please give it another try with these instructions and let us know if you're able to achieve it now. Thank you.
I can't able to see the post content, when clicking the post, in example..
When i go to hidden link, i see the image and the post content, but when I click on the post i can't see the post content, even i drop post content widget.
As per you manual, i have to see in Elmentor Toolset widgets the post content but i can't see the toolset into Elementor
Not sure why your post content is not showing, but I'm afraid that this wouldn't be a Toolset issue.
Regardless, we've applied a workaround by adding a custom field and inserting the post content there. Then, we can display it in the Elementor template: hidden link
You mentioned previously:
As per you manual, i have to see in Elmentor Toolset widgets the post content but i can't see the toolset into Elementor
But actually, you just need to select a custom field by choosing the 'dynamic tags' option in a text Elementor widget, for example 'Text Editor' widget: hidden link
After this you should be able to add the desired custom field, as I did with the "Financera d'Assegurances i Laura Pellicer, un any més junts." post: hidden link
Please let me know if this is still not clear and you have doubts. Thank you.
What that i need it's that in my template "PostEsports", can add a "Post Content" Field in order that when i click on the post the "post content" would be displayed for all posts in ACTUALITAT - BLOG. And so in all post i will make in the future in ACTUALITAT - BLOG
But i try to set toolset view in PostEsports hidden link
But when i try to "Edit View in Toolset" i got a you don't have permissions.
- go to one of your posts, for example 'be a real woman' hidden link
- edit it, and copy the content
- paste it into the 'post content' field, that I created for the Field Group of Posts. Like this: hidden link
By saving the post, this description should appear between the main photo and the subsequent list of posts. You can change the position of the 'text editor' module, and even its styles, in order to match your preferences.
I kindly ask you to carefully check the steps I outlined here and try the same in your end. Please let us know, thank you.
