Hi John,

Maybe the Toolset plugins are not installed or activated?

Would you please follow the steps below to provide me with the debug info to see if I can see Toolset plugin on the list?

https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Thanks.

Sorry I was rushed this morning and perhaps did not answer comprehensively.

Re:
1. You can reach the Toolset Debug Information page from any Toolset administration page:
Click to open the Help tab at the top-right of the screen.
2. (I could not see the Help Tab)
3. Click the Toolset Debug tab in the Help dialog.
4. Click the debug information link.
I could not locate this Help Dialog, any ideas?
I could see the Toolset DeBug Information in very small script and tried to copy this again and save it to a message but would not paste to any position/place.
Perhaps in my last email you received this.
Later I tried to send a larger version but it failed to copy and paste.
Regards

John

Hi John, the information you shared the screenshot of is exactly what I needed.

But no worries, I'd better check the dashboard of WordPress.

I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

One other point that I need you to answer have you ever worked with Toolset? Did you install it?
